Join a Urology Practice alongside 4 full-time Urologist's and 3 PA's that offers a Partnership Track after 1 year of employment. The Position:
• Established practice has been in the community for 20+ years, strong patient panel and little competition
• Option for Robotic Surgery
• 2 OR days and 3 clinic days per week
• Practice alongside 4 full-time Urologists and 3 NP/PA's; option for a dedicated MA and Scribe
• Compensation package includes Base Salary of $520K, Sign-on of $70k, Full Benefits + PTO, and a Partnership option after 1 year
• Average annual income is between $600-650K per year
